EXPEDIENTE BANCÁRIO: SAIBA COMO VAI FUNCIONAR NO FIM DO ANO

No dia 23/12 (sexta-feira), as agências bancárias terão expediente normal tanto para atendimento ao público quanto para a realização de todas as operações bancárias solicitadas pelos clientes.

Já no dia 30/12 (sexta-feira), não haverá expediente bancário e as agências não abrem para atendimento ao público.

Conforme previsto em Resolução do Conselho Monetário Nacional de 2020, não são considerados dias úteis para fins de operação bancária sábados, domingos e feriados de âmbito nacional e as agências bancárias não funcionam em feriados oficiais, sejam eles municipais, estaduais ou federais. Dessa forma, os bancos não funcionarão nos dias 24/12 e 25/12 (Natal) e nos dias 31/12 e 01/01 (Confraternização Universal).

No dia 02/01 (segunda-feira), os bancos voltam ao expediente normal de atendimento ao público.

Durante os feriados, a população poderá utilizar os meios eletrônicos de atendimento bancário, como mobile e internet banking, caixas eletrônicos, banco por telefone e correspondentes para fazer transações financeiras.

Os carnês e contas de consumo (como água, energia, telefone, etc.) vencidos no feriado poderão ser pagos sem acréscimo no dia útil seguinte. Normalmente, os tributos já estão com as datas ajustadas ao calendário de feriados, sejam federais, estaduais ou municipais.

Os clientes também podem agendar os pagamentos das contas de consumo ou pagá-las (as que têm código de barras) nos próprios caixas automáticos. Já os boletos bancários de clientes cadastrados como sacados eletrônicos poderão ser agendados ou pagos por meio do DDA (Débito Direto Autorizado).
