O Conselho Curador do FGTS aprovou, nesta terça-feira (17), a distribuição de 96% do lucro líquido de R$ 8,47 bilhões, auferido pelo Fundo de Garantia do Tempo de Serviço (FGTS) em 2020. O valor de R$ 8,13 bilhões é 8,3% superior aos R$ 7,5 bilhões distribuídos em 2020.
Esses recursos serão creditados em 191,2 milhões de contas vinculadas de 88,6 milhões de trabalhadores, cujo saldo em 31 de dezembro de 2020 era de R$ 436,2 bilhões.
O valor representa 96% do resultado positivo registrado em 2020. Segundo informou o Ministério da Economia, a distribuição de resultados alcançará cerca de 191,2 milhões de contas vinculadas, que acumulavam saldo de R$ 436,2 bilhões ao final de 2020.
Os valores serão creditados proporcionalmente ao saldo existente nas contas vinculadas do FGTS no dia 31 de dezembro de 2020 e, após a distribuição do resultado, o valor passa a compor o saldo do trabalhador para fins de saque, de acordo com as regras estabelecidas pela Lei 8.036/90, como nos casos de demissão sem justa causa, aposentadoria, saque aniversário e término de contrato por prazo determinado, entre outras modalidades de saque.
“É importante frisar que as contas de FGTS em nome dos trabalhadores são habilitadas ao saque de acordo com as modalidades previstas em lei. Os recursos dessas contas provêm do depósito realizado pelo empregador em nome do trabalhador, sem qualquer desconto no salário deste último”, afirmou em nota a Caixa.

O crédito da Distribuição de Resultados será efetuado até 31/08/2021, e os trabalhadores podem consultar o valor do crédito no extrato de sua conta vinculada das seguintes formas: por meio do aplicativo FGTS, disponível nas principais lojas de aplicativo; no site fgts.caixa.gov.br; e no Internet Banking Caixa, para os clientes do banco.
