Os aspirantes a um cargo no serviço público podem começar a se preparar. O governo federal anunciou na sexta (16) a autorização para preencher 4.436 vagas em 20 ministérios. Segundo a ministra da Gestão e da Inovação em Serviços Públicos, Esther Dweck, as contratações deverão ter impacto de R$ 735 milhões por ano no Orçamento da União.
Conforme a ministra, os seguintes critérios foram considerados para a liberação das vagas: tempo desde o último edital de concurso público; proporção entre o número de vagas e o número de cargos aprovados no órgão; proporção de aposentadorias nos próximos cinco anos em relação ao total de vagas ocupadas; perdas em relação à ocupação máxima; mudanças relevantes na estrutura do órgão ou ampliação de atribuições; efeitos imediatos dos serviços para a população; efeitos sobre as políticas prioritárias do governo e visão de futuro.

Essas não são as primeiras vagas autorizadas pelo governo atual. Nos últimos meses, o Ministério da Gestão e Inovação em Serviços Públicos havia dado sinal verde para recompor o quadro de órgãos que estavam em situação crítica de falta de funcionários. Além das 4.436 vagas a serem abertas, existem quatro concursos autorizados para repor 9.585 postos. Os editais serão publicados nos próximos seis meses.
Além disso, existem vagas autorizadas desde 2020 cujos concursos estão em andamento, como no Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS). Na última segunda-feira (12), o Ministério da Gestão e Inovação em Serviços Públicos publicou a nomeação de 1 mil técnicos do Seguro Social aprovados no último concurso.
