A Secretaria de Estado de Saúde de Minas Gerais (SES/MG) está com processo seletivo simplificado aberto para preencher 278 vagas de nível superior, além de formar cadastro de reserva, para os cargos de Especialista em Políticas e Gestão da Saúde (EPGS), nível I, Grau A, e Médico de Gestão e Atenção da Saúde (Magas), Nível I, Grau A.
Conforme o Edital SES/MG nº 02/2022, a contratação pode ter vigência de 12 meses a partir da assinatura do contrato. A remuneração bruta, conforme a área, varia entre R$ 2.0199,65 e R$ 5.571,15. A jornada de trabalho será de 20 horas semanais para Magas e 40 horas semanais para EPGS. O cumprimento poderá ser executado em regime de teletrabalho.
As vagas de trabalho são para 26 municípios: Alfenas, Barbacena, Belo Horizonte, Coronel Fabriciano, Diamantina, Divinópolis, Governador Valadares, Itabira, Januária, Leopoldina, Manhuaçu, Montes Claros, Passos, Patos de Minas, Pedra Azul, Pirapora, Ponte Nova, Pouso Alegre, Pouso Alegre, São João del-Rei, Sete Lagoas, Teófilo Otoni, Ubá, Uberaba, Uberlândia e Varginha.
O processo seletivo simplificado é executado pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Apoio e Desenvolvimento Executivo (Ibade). As inscrições devem ser feitas pela internet, por meio do site do instituto até o dia 27/4. O valor da taxa de inscrição é R$ 82 para todos os cargos, e deverá ser pago por meio de um boleto bancário.
A seleção terá duas etapas. A primeira, em 15/5, é uma prova objetiva de cárater eliminatório e classificatório. A segunda etapa é um teste psicológico, também de caráter eliminatório, que será realizado em 29/5. Os resultados serão disponibilizados no site do Ibade.
