A exigência do Certificado de Registro e Licenciamento de Veículo (CRLV) de 2023 começa na próxima sexta-feira (1/9) para automóveis com finais de placa 1,2 e 3. A Secretaria de Estado de Planejamento e Gestão (Seplag-MG), por meio da Coordenadoria Estadual de Gestão de Trânsito (CET-MG), avisa proprietários para ficarem atentos aos prazos.
Os veículos com finais de placa 4,5 e 6 devem ser licenciados até o dia 30/9. Já os automotores com finais de placa 7,8,9 e 0 têm até o dia 31/10 para renovar o documento.
Para ter acesso ao CRLV 2023, o Imposto de Propriedade de Veículo Automotor (IPVA), o seguro obrigatório anterior a 2021, a Taxa de Renovação do Licenciamento Anual do Veículo (TRLAV) e eventuais multas devem estar quitados. O veículo também não pode ter restrições judiciais ou administrativas que impeçam a emissão do documento.
Condutores flagrados sem o documento atualizado após o prazo estabelecido configuram infração gravíssima, com registro de sete pontos na habilitação, remoção do veículo para um pátio credenciado e multa de R$ 293,47, conforme determina o Código de Trânsito Brasileiro (CTB).

Até a próxima quinta-feira (31/8), a CET-MG promove mutirão on-line para a regularização do CRLV 2023.O atendimento virtual funciona das 8h30 às 16h.
O serviço está disponível no site www.transito.mg.gov.br, clicando na opção “Consultar Motivo: Veículo Não Licenciado”.
Para ter acesso ao serviço basta preencher o formulário eletrônico com as informações do veículo. Logo em seguida, o sistema informará todas as eventuais pendências para a emissão do licenciamento.
Em caso de dúvidas, o proprietário de veículo poderá realizar uma ligação de vídeo para falar com um atendente, que vai auxiliar sobre os procedimentos necessários para a regularização do veículo, além de ajudar na emissão de guias de pagamento.
Como acessar o CRLV
Por meio do site www.transito.mg.gov.br, é possível verificar se existem pendências e também imprimir o CRLV.
Para acessar o documento, basta informar a placa, o número do Certificado de Registro do Veículo (CRV), o Renavam e, por fim, o CPF ou CNPJ. A impressão deve ser de boa qualidade, em papel sulfite branco e no formato A4, com tinta preta, em página única, possibilitando a leitura do QR-Code.
O serviço também está disponível no aplicativo MG App, no portal de serviços da Secretaria Nacional de Trânsito (Senatran) ou no aplicativo Carteira Digital de Trânsito (CDT).
