O prazo para a renovação do Certificado de Registo e Licenciamento de Veículo (CRLV) para as placas com dígito final 1,2 e 3 termina no próximo sábado (31/8). A Secretaria de Estado de Planejamento e Gestão (Seplag-MG), por meio da Coordenadoria Estadual de Gestão de Trânsito (CET-MG), alerta aos proprietários de veículos.
Os veículos com finais de placa 4,5 e 6 devem ser licenciados até o dia 30/9, e os com finais 7,8,9 e 0, até o dia 31/10.
Para ter acesso ao CRLV 2024, é preciso ter quitado o Imposto de Propriedade de Veículo Automotor (IPVA), o seguro obrigatório, a Taxa de Renovação do Licenciamento Anual do Veículo (TRLAV) e eventuais multas. O veículo também não pode ter restrições judiciais ou administrativas que impedem a emissão do documento.
Por meio do site www.transito.mg.gov.br, é possível verificar se existem pendências e também imprimir o CRLV. O documento também está disponível no MG App, no portal de serviços da Secretaria Nacional de Trânsito (Senatran) ou no aplicativo Carteira Digital de Trânsito (CDT).
Fiscalização
O CRLV é o documento anual que comprova que o veículo está em condições legais de circulação, conforme determina o Código de Trânsito Brasileiro (CTB).
Além do CRLV, no formato digital ou impresso, o condutor deverá portar também a Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH), a Autorização para Conduzir Ciclomotor (ACC) ou Permissão para Dirigir (PPD).
É importante que o cidadão fique atento e tenha o documento em mãos, seja na versão digital ou impressa, porque os comprovantes de pagamento das taxas e tributos não são válidos para comprovar regularidade do veículo.
O CRLV poderá ser dispensado apenas nos casos em que o agente de trânsito tenha condições de consultar o sistema da CET-MG para verificar se o veículo está licenciado.
Conduzir um veículo que não esteja registrado e devidamente licenciado é infração gravíssima, com multa no valor de R$ 293,47, sete pontos na CNH e remoção do veículo para um pátio credenciado até a regularização. (COM AGÊNCIA MINAS)
