GOVERNO DE MINAS APRESENTA BALANÇO PARCIAL DO IPVA PAGO EM 2021

A Superintendência de Arrecadação e Informações Fiscais da Secretaria de Estado de Fazenda de Minas Gerais (SEF/MG) divulgou, nesta semana, o balanço parcial do IPVA pago em 2021. Até 31/1, foram arrecadados R$ 2,8 bilhões com o imposto. O valor representa 43,7% do total de R$ 6,4 bilhões previstos para este ano.
Do montante arrecadado no mês passado, R$ 2,1 bilhões (75%) foram pagos em cota única, com proprietários beneficiados com desconto de 3%. Os outros R$ 700 milhões, que correspondem a 25% do valor recebido pela SEF/MG, correspondem ao pagamento da primeira parcela do imposto.
Em 2020, a arrecadação do IPVA no mesmo período correspondeu a 45,9% do total.
– Segunda parcela
A escala de vencimento para o pagamento da segunda parcela do IPVA 2021 começa em 18/2, para veículos com final de placa 1 e 2, e vai até 24/2, para os veículos com final de placa 9 e 0.
O pagamento pode ser feito diretamente nos terminais de autoatendimento ou guichês dos agentes arrecadadores – Bradesco, Mercantil do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, Casas Lotéricas, Mais BB, Banco Postal, Santander e Sicoob. Basta informar o número do Renavam do veículo.
– Prazo prorrogado
Servidores e pensionistas do poder Executivo que, até 31/12/2020, não receberam o valor integral do 13º salário, tiveram o prazo de pagamento do IPVA prorrogado para 31/3/2021.
A medida adotada pelo Governo de Minas Gerais foi publicada em decreto e se aplica a servidor público militar ou civil, ativo ou inativo, da administração direta, das autarquias e das fundações do poder Executivo. A disposição também é válida para pensionista especial e pensionistas do Instituto de Previdência dos Servidores do Estado de Minas Gerais (Ipsemg) e do Instituto de Previdência dos Servidores Militares de Minas Gerais (IPSM).
De acordo com o Decreto 48.111, o veículo deve estar registrado no Departamento de Trânsito de Minas Gerais (Detran-MG) em nome do servidor ou do pensionista, com o mesmo número de CPF. A nova data de vencimento foi alterada automaticamente junto aos bancos de dados das instituições financeiras aptas a receberem o imposto.
O desconto de 3% para pagamento em cota única está mantido, desde que o pagamento seja efetuado até a data-limite. Caso o servidor/pensionista já tenha quitado alguma parcela do imposto, as parcelas que estiverem por vencer podem ser pagas até 31/3, sem ônus.
