O governador Romeu Zema e o vice-governador Professor Mateus participaram, nesta terça-feira (26/9), no Palácio das Artes, em Belo Horizonte, da solenidade de assinatura simbólica do Termo Aditivo do Acordo do Fundo Estadual que regulamenta a transposição e transferência de saldos constantes e financeiros provenientes de repasses, parcerias e convênios firmados com a Secretaria de Estado de Saúde de Minas Gerais (SES-MG) até a data de 9 de maio de 2023.
O Termo Aditivo do Acordo do Fundo Estadual vem para facilitar a gestão financeira dos municípios na área da Saúde, permitindo, por exemplo, o remanejamento de recursos que anteriormente eram “carimbados”, ou seja, só poderiam ser gastos com um fim específico, predeterminado.
Agora, municípios que tenham saldo do Acordo no Fundo Municipal de Saúde – seja por eficiência nos gastos ou, por exemplo, ausência de objeto, quando um valor é destinado para algo que não é mais necessário – poderão realocar estes recursos para outras áreas da saúde municipal, conforme a demanda da própria cidade. Dessa forma, o Estado equaciona dificuldades enfrentadas pelos prefeitos para executar recursos provenientes de convênios antigos e, ainda, dá mais autonomia aos gestores municipais para as decisões relacionadas.
De forma simbólica, assinaram o documento Governo de Minas, Tribunal de Justiça de Minas Gerais (TJMG), e a Associação Mineira de Municípios (AMM). Vale ressaltar que, com apoio do Governo do Estado durante todo o processo, o Termo Aditivo foi uma iniciativa da Assembleia Legislativa de Minas Gerais (ALMG). (COM AGÊNCIA MINAS)
