Um homem foi detido pela Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) de Nova Serrana na noite desta quarta (24). Ele é suspeito de estuprar sua própria cunhada após ameaçar com uma faca a vítima e o filho dela, um bebê de 11 meses de vida. O crime ocorreu no bairro São José. O suspeito foi levado para a delegacia de polícia.
Entenda o caso
Agentes em deslocamento sentido a escola do bairro foram abordados por uma mulher de 25 anos, aos prantos e gritando. Ela relatou ter sido estuprada pelo cunhado, um homem de 52 anos. No exato momento do socorro à vítima, o suspeito apareceu na porta da casa armado com uma faca e foi imediatamente imobilizado, sendo preso em flagrante. A vítima contou aos agentes que na casa moram ela, seu filho, a irmã e o companheiro dela, sendo seu cunhado. Disse ainda que esta não seria a primeira vez que havia sofrido este tipo de abuso por parte dele. E que ele sempre usava de ameaças contra o filho dela, uma criança de 11 meses, para, em sequência, praticar os abusos contra ela. Disse ainda que a irmã da vítima no momento não estava em casa e que até então não saberia dos acontecimentos. A vítima e o bebê foram encaminhados para receber cuidados médicos e passaram por exames de praxe para constatação dos abusos. Já o homem, após detido, foi encaminhado para a 5ª Delegacia Regional da Polícia Civil e apresentado ao delegado de plantão.
