Uma queda superior a 60% nos estoques de sangue dos tipos O positivo e O negativo, de 40% no tipo A negativo e de 25% no tipo A positivo é motivo de preocupação da Fundação Hemominas, quanto ao risco de desabastecimento no estado, já que o quadro é agravado pela pandemia, que impacta o comparecimento de doadores.

Por isso é fundamental que os doadores voluntários dos referidos grupos sanguíneos compareçam, o quanto antes, a uma das unidades da Hemominas. O ato solidário, consciente e responsável, pode salvar vidas.

A doação pode ser agendada on-line (www.mg.gov.br/conteudo/agendamento-online/doar-sangue), ou pelo MG app – Cidadão.

Entre os requisitos básicos para doar, é necessário estar em boas condições de saúde, ter entre 16 e 69 anos, pesar mais de 50 quilos, estar descansado e alimentado no momento da doação, e apresentar documento original e oficial com foto.

Candidatos à doação de sangue que foram infectados por covid-19, após diagnóstico clínico e/ou laboratorial ficam inaptos por 30 dias, após completa recuperação. Já doadores que tiveram contato com casos confirmados de coronavírus devem esperar 14 dias após a última interação com essas pessoas.

Devido à pandemia, o candidato que apresentar qualquer sintoma respiratório, mesmo leve, deve aguardar 30 dias após recuperação para doar.

No site da Fundação Hemominas estão descritas todas as condições e restrições para doação de sangue.

A vacinação contra a covid-19 também impacta o comparecimento de doadores nas unidades, já que existe um período de inaptidão após cada dose. Esse prazo depende do imunizante recebido:

Coronovac / Sinovac: 48 horas

AstraZeneca / Fiocruz: sete dias

Pfizer / BioNTech: sete dias

Janssen-Cilag: sete dias

Sputnik V: sete dias

Covaxin / Bharat Biotech: 48 horas

Moderna: sete dias
