Um homem de 21 anos foi preso ontem (13), em Nova Serrana, pelo crime de receptação. Uma motocicleta e um celular foram apreendidos.
Segundo a Polícia Militar, durante patrulhamento pelo bairro Fausto Pinto da Fonseca, a equipe abordou o indivíduo que praticava direção perigosa (se equilibrava em uma roda), em uma moto Honda CG 125, vermelha.
Durante a abordagem, foi localizado um celular com queixa de roubo/furto em data pretérita. Ficou constatado também que a numeração do motor da motocicleta era incompatível com a placa de identificação. O motor pertencia a uma moto furtada em data anterior.
Ele recebeu voz de prisão e foi levado à Delegacia de Polícia Civil juntamente com o material apreendido. Já a motocicleta apreendida foi encaminhada ao Pátio Credenciado.
