A Secretaria de Estado de Saúde de Minas Gerais (SES-MG) disponibilizou, na última semana, 109.525 medicamentos para o kit intubação, sedativos para o tratamento de pacientes com covid-19. O Hospital São José de Nova Serrana recebeu:
07 fentanila, citrato 0,05 mg/ml (framp. 10 ml)
350 fentanila, citrato 0,05 mg/ml (amp. 10 ml)
340 midazolam 5 mg/ml (framp 10 ml)
2 propofol 10 mg/ml (framp 20 ml)
10 propofol 10 mg/ml Distribuição propofol (framp 100 ml)
Os insumos foram direcionados a 120 unidades de saúde, em 87 cidades. Foram 63.350 unidades de fentanila e 39.305 de midazolam, adquiridos pelo Governo de Minas; além de 6.870 de propofol, enviados pela União. Os sedativos são suficientes para que os hospitais tenham cobertura de até dez dias para o atendimento aos pacientes.
“Novas aquisições estão sendo planejadas pela Secretaria, de acordo com as oportunidades de mercado”, afirma o diretor de Medicamentos Básicos da SES-MG, Jans Bastos Izidoro. “Mesmo assim, reforçamos que os prestadores também mantenham as tentativas de compra dos itens”, orienta.
Semanalmente, a SES-MG tem disponibilizado os sedativos de acordo com o monitoramento de estoques periódicos. Os insumos são direcionados a instituições que se encontram com níveis de disponibilidade dos medicamentos considerados críticos.
