A Secretaria de Estado de Saúde de Minas Gerais (SES-MG) informou que disponibilizou para 127 unidades hospitalares, em 97 cidades, 120.135 unidades de fentanil, cisatracúrio e atracúrio. Os insumos são direcionados às instituições que se encontram com níveis considerados críticos de disponibilidade dos medicamentos. O Hospital São José de Nova Serrana foi beneficiado com a medida.
Os Itens são essenciais para a sedação dos pacientes em tratamento da covid-19, sendo que o fentanil foi adquirido pelo Governo de Minas e, o cisatracúrio e o atracúrio, pela União. O fentanil é suficiente para uma cobertura de 15 dias e, os demais, para três.
Segundo o diretor de Medicamentos Básicos da SES-MG, Jans Bastos Izidoro, a situação dos estoques de sedativos no estado ainda é crítica, apesar de observadas melhoras em relação a cenários anteriores. “A Secretaria alerta que o cenário ainda não é confortável e todas as medidas de gestão continuam a ser executadas”, afirma.
– Monitoramento
A SES-MG, juntamente com o Conselho de Secretarias Municipais de Saúde de Minas Gerais (Cosems-MG), faz um levantamento periódico dos quantitativos dos prestadores e fornecedores de medicamentos e insumos das unidades hospitalares. Também é monitorado o abastecimento de medicamentos nas redes públicas e privadas de assistência médico-hospitalar, que devem informar regularmente à SES-MG sobre estoques disponíveis de medicamentos e insumos.
O monitoramento é feito a partir da autodeclaração e preenchimento de formulário. Assim que cada remessa chega ao estado, o resultado do monitoramento semanal é analisado para distribuição aos hospitais em situação mais crítica e conforme disponibilidade do estoque. A sugestão de distribuição é validada junto a uma comissão da SES-MG e do Cosems-MG.
