A campanha do Imposto de Renda Solidário, do Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Pessoa Idosa (CMDPI), visa orientar os contribuintes que declaram Imposto de Renda a destinarem parte ao tributo ao Fundo Municipal do Idoso (FMI), que financia projetos em prol das pessoas idosas de Nova Serrana. – O que é o FMI?
É um Fundo Público Municipal destinado à gestão de recursos financeiros que tem por objetivo financiar projetos que atuem na garantia da promoção, proteção e defesa dos direitos da pessoa idosa.
– Como são utilizados os recursos?
Os recursos são aplicados exclusivamente na área de proteção dos direitos da pessoa idosa, com monitoramento do Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Pessoa Idosa – CMDPI. Podem ser beneficiadas com os recursos as instituições que atuem na promoção, proteção e defesa dos direitos da pessoa idosa, que tiverem seus projetos aproados pelo CMDPI.
– Quem pode doar?
Os contribuintes pessoa física e jurídica que optarem pelo modelo completo da Declaração do Imposto de Renda.
– A doação representa um gasto adicional para o contribuinte?
Não. A doação representa a destinação de uma parcela do imposto devido à Receita Federal para o FMI de Nova Serrana. Dessa forma, quem optar pela doação terá redução no valor do imposto a pagar ou aumento da restituição.
– Tem algum limite para doar?
No ato da declaração os contribuintes “pessoa física” podem destinar até 3% do imposto devido ao Fundo Municipal do Idoso. O Limite da pessoa jurídica lucro real é de 1%.
