Termina às 23h59 desta sexta-feira (4) o período de adesão para que órgãos de administração prisional e socioeducativa indiquem unidades prisionais ao Exame Nacional para Certificação de Competências de Jovens e Adultos para Pessoas Privadas de Liberdade ou sob medida socioeducativa que inclua privação de liberdade, o Encceja PPL/2020.
No documento, que também deverá ser assinado pelo secretário de estado responsável pela instituição de administração prisional e socioeducativa, os órgãos precisam identificar um responsável para o acesso ao sistema do exame. A solicitação deve ser feita pelo e-mail aplicacao.ppl@inep.gov.br, com o assunto “Adesão Encceja Nacional PPL 2020”.
Cabe ao responsável pedagógico participar de todas as etapas do exame, desde a inscrição dos interessados em fazer o Encceja PPL 2020 até a divulgação dos resultados. Entre as obrigações do responsável pedagógico estão: realizar a inscrição dos interessados; solicitar atendimento especializado e tratamento pelo nome social para os participantes que precisarem; indicar as salas de provas onde o participante realizará o exame e divulgar as informações sobre o exame aos participantes.
Também cabe ao responsável pedagógico manter, sob sua guarda e sigilo, a senha de acesso ao sistema e os números de inscrição e de Cadastro de Pessoa Física (CPF) dos participantes. Os dados são indispensáveis para o acompanhamento do processo de inscrição e para a obtenção dos resultados individuais.
Segundo o Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anísio Teixeira (Inep), é responsabilidade das unidades prisionais e socioeducativas oferecerem condições logísticas e de segurança para a aplicação do exame e, devido à pandemia de covid-19, oferecer todas as condições sanitárias exigidas.
