A Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais (Uemg) divulgou o edital que regulamenta o processo seletivo próprio para turmas ingressantes em 2021. Nesta modalidade, a seleção considera as notas das últimas três edições do Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem), em 2018, 2019 e 2020. São oferecidas 4.612 vagas em cursos de bacharelado, licenciatura e de tecnologia, em 118 graduações em 16 cidades de Minas Gerais.
As inscrições devem ser realizadas por meio de sistema próprio da universidade, que estará disponível entre os dias 8 e 26/2 no site uemg.br/ingresso2021. Será considerada a melhor nota dos anos correspondentes, caso o candidato tenha prestado mais de uma edição do Enem.
No ato da inscrição, além de inserir os dados exigidos, o candidato responderá a questionário socioeconômico e deve indicar o curso e a categoria na qual deseja concorrer. Ao escolher uma categoria que não seja ampla concorrência, o estudante deve também anexar os documentos comprobatórios correspondentes indicados no edital.

Outras 1.573 vagas serão oferecidas por meio do Sistema de Seleção Unificada (Sisu) do Ministério da Educação. O cronograma para o Sisu 2021 ainda não foi divulgado pelo governo federal.
