Pais, responsáveis ou estudantes maiores de idade que realizaram o cadastramento escolar 2023 devem, agora, fazer a confirmação da matrícula na rede estadual de ensino de Minas Gerais. O prazo segue até 13 de janeiro.
A confirmação da matrícula será feita de forma presencial na secretaria da unidade escolar para onde o estudante foi direcionado pelo Sistema Único de cadastro e encaminhamento para matrícula (Sucem). Para conferir a escola do encaminhamento acesse: www.cadastroescolar.educacao.mg.gov.br
O que precisa levar para realizar a confirmação de matrícula?
I – Documento de Identidade ou, na sua ausência, Certidão de Nascimento/Casamento do aluno, original e cópia;
II – CPF do aluno, original e cópia, sendo obrigatória a apresentação se for maior de idade e facultativa se menor de idade;
III – Comprovante de residência, original e cópia, no nome de um dos pais/responsáveis ou do aluno, quando maior de idade;
IV – Histórico Escolar ou Declaração de Transferência, com indicação do ano de escolaridade que o aluno está habilitado a cursar em 2023, ficando o documento original na escola;
V – Histórico Escolar ou Declaração de Conclusão do Ensino Médio ou Parecer da Secretaria de Estado de Educação e publicação de Equivalência de Estudos, concluídos no exterior, ao Ensino Médio brasileiro, para o candidato/aluno que for ingressar no curso técnico na forma subsequente; ou
VI – Histórico Escolar ou Declaração de Escolaridade, comprovando matrícula no Ensino Médio, para o aluno que for ingressar no curso técnico na forma concomitante.
VII – Declaração expedida pela instituição de Educação Infantil, legalmente autorizada, Resolução 4.775 (55173080) SEI 1260.01.0145546/2022-95 / pg. 5, com indicação do percurso do aluno, desde o ano de 2018, para os inscritos que se enquadram na excepcionalidade prevista no inciso I do art. 7º desta Resolução.
Para quem perdeu o prazo do Cadastro Escolar deste ano, a Secretaria vai abrir uma oferta de vagas remanescentes, a partir de 24/1. As inscrições poderão ser realizadas pelo site www.cadastroescolar.educacao.mg.gov.br até o dia 10/2. As famílias que não têm acesso à internet poderão procurar uma escola da rede estadual para se inscrever e concorrer a uma das vagas remanescentes.
