As guias de Imposto Predial Territorial Urbano (IPTU) de 2024 em Nova Serrana já estão sendo entregues no município. Os contribuintes poderão dividir o pagamento em até quatro parcelas com primeiro vencimento em 10 de abril e os que optarem pela parcela única receberão desconto.
O IPTU é essencial para o desenvolvimento da cidade, pois é através dos recursos arrecadados que o governo municipal realiza obras de infraestrutura, como por exemplo, construções de pontes e recuperação de vias.
Este ano, o pagamento poderá ser parcelado em até quatro vezes com vencimento em: 10/4 (1ª parcela), 10/5 (2ª parcela), 10/6 (3ª parcela) e 10/7 (4ª parcela). Em caso de não pagamento, serão acrescentados à parcela juros e correção monetária até a sua quitação.
Aqueles que optarem por pagar o IPTU em parcela única até o dia 10 de abril terão 5% de desconto. Já as taxas para obtenção dos alvarás de localização e funcionamento e alvarás sanitários deverão ser quitadas até o dia 31/4.
O contribuinte que não recebeu sua guia, deve procurar a setor de arrecadação e emitir sua guia ou pode imprimi-la através do site da Prefeitura na aba Cidadão -> Serviços on-line -> no campo guia IPTU.
Vale ressaltar ainda que o contribuinte deve sempre manter o cadastro atualizado na Prefeitura. Caso tenha mudado de endereço, procure o Centro Administrativo para fazer a atualização, pois as guias são encaminhadas para o local informado no cadastro.
