A Minas Gerais Participações S.A. (MGi) — empresa do Governo do Estado de Minas Gerais, vinculada à Secretaria de Estado de Fazenda (SEF/MG) — lança o quarto edital de concorrência pública para alienação de imóveis em 2021. São 15 itens localizados nos estados de Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro e Mato Grosso do Sul. Os preços mínimos variam entre R$ 14.320,00 e R$ 80.000.000.
O edital com a descrição dos itens à venda, os valores de oferta mínimos, as localizações exatas de cada um, além de fotos e informações adicionais sobre os bens, podem ser consultados em www.mgileiloes.com.br.
As entregas das propostas para imóveis das concorrências já começaram e seguem até 12/8/2021, às 17h. Os interessados deverão reunir a documentação pessoal requerida nos editais (que altera se for pessoa física, jurídica ou jurídica estrangeira), fazer o depósito caução no valor indicado e preencher a proposta. “Participar é simples”, destaca o diretor-presidente da MGi, Weverton Vilas Boas. “São 15 imóveis à venda em várias cidades por preços atrativos, uma ótima oportunidade”, completa.
As propostas deverão ser encaminhadas, no prazo determinado, pelos Correios para o endereço da Cidade Administrativa Presidente Tancredo Neves (Rodovia Papa João Paulo II, 4001 – Prédio Gerais – 4º andar – bairro Serra Verde, Belo Horizonte – MG – CEP 31.630-901) ou entregues pessoalmente no setor de protocolo do prédio Gerais.
As propostas serão abertas no dia 13/8/2021, às 10h. Quem oferecer o maior valor pelo imóvel será o arrematante. A devolução da caução aos interessados vencidos ou desclassificados, sem qualquer acréscimo, será feita no prazo máximo de até cinco dias úteis contados a partir da homologação da licitação.
