A Câmara de Nova Serrana aprovou o Projeto de Lei 030/2021que dispõe sobre a publicação no portal de transparência do Município de Nova Serrana, da lista dos nomes das pessoas vacinadas contra a Covid-19.
O autor do projeto, vereador Admilson Emiliano (PV) destaca a necessidade de que conste no Portal a Transparências as informações referentes ao gênero, idade da pessoa vacinada; o CPF ocultando os primeiros dígitos, Identificação da categoria do grupo prioritário que a pessoa vacinada está vinculada; a data da aplicação da vacina das doses. Além disso, também deverá constar o nome do laboratório responsável pelo fornecimento da vacina e o local da vacinação. Garantindo também a preservação da intimidade das pessoas.
O projeto também prevê que a Administração Pública Municipal publique no Portal da Transparência, as informações sobre todas as pessoas que foram vacinadas contra o Covid-19 desde o início em Nova Serrana.
