O ministro da Educação (MEC), Camilo Santana, disse neste domingo (10) que estuda voltar a usar o Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem) como certificação de conclusão do ensino médio para estudantes maiores de 18 anos. A mudança deve passar a valer no Enem de 2025.
Segundo o ministro, a recomendação foi feita ao Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anísio Teixeira (Inep), órgão responsável pela aplicação do exame. A certificação por meio do exame deixou de vigorar em 2016.
“A ideia é possibilitar que esse jovem também tenha a oportunidade de a prova do Enem o certificar. Isso dá mais abrangência para acesso a essa prova e para que ele possa fazer a prova e entrar na universidade”, afirmou, acrescentando que o Exame Nacional para Certificação de Competências de Jovens e Adultos (Encceja) deverá ser mantido.
Camilo Santana também afirmou que outra possibilidade em análise é convergir o Enem com o Sistema de Avaliação da Educação Básica (Saeb), utilizado pelo Inep para medir o desempenho dos estudantes do ensino médio.
“Às vezes, o aluno do terceiro ano do ensino médio prioriza o Enem em relação à prova do Saeb. A gente está estudando a possibilidade da prova do Enem para o aluno do terceiro ano do ensino médio já servir para a prova do Saeb. O Inep terá prazo até antes das inscrições do próximo ano para concluir essa recomendação. Esse é um passo que o Ministério da Educação quer proporcionar para dar mais eficiência e convergir a prova do Saeb com a prova do Enem já em 2025”, afirmou. (COM AGÊNCIA BRASIL)
