Microempreendedores Individuais (MEIs) deverão agora ter um cadastro atualizado no sistema Domicílio Eletrônico Trabalhista (DET). A inscrição, que seria obrigatória a partir do dia 1º de maio, foi prorrogada.
A ferramenta elaborada pelo Governo Federal e administrada pela Secretaria de Inspeção do Trabalho (SIT) e do Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego (MTE), será utilizada para notificar e facilitar a comunicação entre o governo e empregadores em questões trabalhistas, incluindo a notificação sobre exigências burocráticas e envio de documentos.
O cadastro está sendo feito diretamente pelo site det.sit.trabalho.gov.br através do login pela conta gov.br.
A partir do dia 1º de agosto de 2024, o cadastro na plataforma será obrigatório e por ser uma exigência legal, o não cumprimento poderá acarretar sérias consequências ao empregador.
