O superintendente de Gestão de Pessoas e Normas da Secretaria de Estado de Educação (SEE), Tarcísio Monteiro, informou ontem (25) que contratos temporários com vigência de um ano na rede estadual de ensino serão prorrogados por igual período, significando que os atuais contratados para cargos vagos poderão continuar na função até 3 de março de 2023.
O assunto foi discutido em audiência pública da Comissão de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia da Assembleia Legislativa de Minas Gerais (ALMG), que desde 2019 acompanha essas contratações feitas pelo Poder Executivo. A reunião foi marcada por diversos questionamentos ao governo, entre eles sobre quando esses trabalhadores poderão tirar férias e receberão o adicional de um terço.
Com a prorrogação, o superintendente da secretaria disse que esses contratados terão direito a férias a partir de 2 de fevereiro do ano que vem, quando completam 11 meses de exercício, e farão jus também ao pagamento de um terço de férias. Contudo, caberá às escolas fazer uma escala de acordo com suas necessidades, para definir quando essas férias poderão ser tiradas, momento no qual será pago o adicional de um terço.
Para esses casos, o representante da SEE disse que embora não haja interrupção dos contratos, será aberto um novo processo de inscrição. A orientação, segundo frisou, é para que todo contratado se inscreva, uma vez que haverá a oportunidade de conseguir uma posição melhor. O representante da SEE informou, ainda, que as contratações tidas como especiais, aquelas feitas em 2021 por necessidade surgida na pandemia de Covid-19, também serão prorrogadas e deverão ser incorporadas ao quadro da escola.
