O projeto Trilhas de Futuro é uma iniciativa da Secretaria de Estado de Educação de Minas Gerais (SEE/MG) que amplia o oferecimento de cursos técnicos gratuitos para jovens mineiros. As oportunidades de formação profissional são em áreas como eletrotécnica, enfermagem, vendas, edificações, mecânica, entre outros. As inscrições podem ser feitas de 20 a 30/8, no site www.trilhasdefuturo.mg.gov.br.
Inicialmente, serão oferecidas 40 mil vagas para cursos técnicos. Além da gratuidade da formação, todos os alunos selecionados para participar receberão vale-transporte e alimentação. Podem se inscrever para as vagas dos cursos técnicos: estudantes de escolas públicas e privadas regularmente matriculados no 2º e 3º anos do ensino médio ou em qualquer período da Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) – Ensino Médio; além de pessoas que também já concluíram essa etapa de ensino.
Pelo menos 70% das vagas serão destinadas a estudantes do ensino médio regularmente matriculados na rede pública estadual, sendo as demais vagas distribuídas para os adolescentes matriculados em outras redes públicas, em redes privadas, e, em seguida, para os jovens egressos do ensino médio.
