    MINAS GERAIS RECEBE MAIS 315.600 VACINAS CONTRA A COVID-19

    Minas Gerais recebeu, na manhã de ontem (7), mais um lote contendo 315.600 doses de vacina Sinovac/Butantan para dar início a quarta etapa da primeira fase da Campanha Nacional de Vacinação conta a covid-19 no estado. O carregamento, composto por 1.578 caixas, chegou em solo mineiro às 10h20, no Aeroporto Internacional de Belo Horizonte, em Confins.
    De lá, sob escolta da Polícia Federal, as vacinas seguiram para a Central Estadual da Rede de Frio da Secretaria de Estado de Saúde (SES-MG), de onde serão distribuídas nos próximos dias às superintendências regionais de saúde e aos municípios mineiros.
    Nesta próxima fase, pessoas com 90 anos ou mais serão as próximas vacinadas no estado, de acordo com as diretrizes do Programa Nacional de Imunização (PNI), do Ministério da Saúde (MS). Nesta etapa, a meta é imunizar mais 6% dos trabalhadores de saúde, totalizando 73% desse público.
    Os riscos de agravamento e óbito pela covid-19 e de vulnerabilidade social foram considerados para a definição dos grupos prioritários. De acordo com Nota Técnica publicada pelo MS, foram avaliados a transmissão comunitária e o sobrerrisco para morte por covid-19, relacionado a faixas etárias mais avançadas, que chega a 8,5 para hospitalização e 18,3 para óbito entre idosos com 90 anos ou mais.
    – Operação
    Este é o quarto lote de vacinas que chegou ao estado. A operação para campanha de vacinação começou no dia 18 de janeiro, data da chegada do primeiro lote de vacinas, quando foram recebidas 577.480 doses de CoronaVac. A segunda remessa foi composta por 190.500 doses de AstraZeneca e, a terceira, com mais 87.600 doses de CoronaVac. No total, foram recebidas 1,171 milhão de doses de vacina contra a covid-19, sendo que 735.193 já foram entregues.
    A distribuição das doses de vacinas e o número de mineiros vacinados podem ser acompanhados, em tempo real, por meio do site Vacinômetro – coronavirus.saude.mg.gov.br/vacinometro.
