O Governo de Minas Gerais publicou nesta segunda-feira (25) um decreto que vai proporcionar a redução em mais de 6,5% do Imposto sobre Circulação de Mercadorias e Serviço (ICMS) do óleo diesel. A partir da próxima segunda-feira (1/11), a alíquota do imposto passa de 15% para 14%. Dessa forma, a base de cálculo do imposto sobre este combustível – Preço Médio Ponderado Final – será impactada. Considerando a pesquisa mais recente realizada pela Secretaria de Estado da Fazenda (SEF), que avalia as notas fiscais emitidas por 4.272 postos revendedores distribuídos em mais de 800 municípios mineiros, haverá redução prática de 6,5% do valor do tributo.
“Isso significa que, com a atual alíquota de 15%, o imposto seria de R$ 0,75894 (diesel S500) e de R$ 0,76689 (diesel S10). No entanto, após a redução, o imposto ficará em R$ 0,708344 (diesel S500) e R$ 0,715764 (diesel S10). É importante salientar que, para ser efetiva, a redução deverá ser refletida no preço final cobrado nas bombas dos postos revendedores, algo que foge ao controle do Estado”, disse o governo de Minas através de nota.
“Os preços dos combustíveis aumentam por causa da variação do câmbio e do preço internacional do petróleo. Aqui em Minas estamos fazendo a nossa parte. Não queremos que o aumento afete as famílias. Não é justo que o cidadão, que já está em condições muito ruins, continue a se prejudicar cada vez mais com a inflação. Com o decreto, não resolvemos o problema, mas damos a nossa contribuição. Não é justo que Estado aumente sua arrecadação com aumentos que sacrificam os mineiros”, destacou o governador Romeu Zema.
