    MINAS PROJETA CARNAVAL MAIS SEGURO DO BRASIL

    O Governo de Minas e as Forças de Segurança do Estado estão empenhadas em fazer o Carnaval de Minas Gerais mais seguro para os foliões e turistas. Na cerimônia de lançamento do Carnaval da Liberdade e da Tranquilidade, que aconteceu na manhã desta quinta-feira (18/1), no Palácio da Liberdade, foram detalhadas as ações de segurança para o evento.

     

    “Minas foi reconhecida como o segundo estado mais seguro da federação. E Belo Horizonte também é a segunda cidade mais segura do país. Esse público imenso que está chegando aqui em Minas Gerais, cerca de 12,5 milhões de pessoas, se sentirão seguras no nosso estado. E adotaremos ações para ampliar essa sensação de tranquilidade e de segurança. Tudo isso está sendo feito para que nosso Carnaval seja efetivamente o melhor do Brasil”, salientou o secretário de Estado de Justiça e Segurança Pública, Rogério Greco.

     

    O planejamento integrado das instituições vem sendo desenvolvido e afinado desde o ano passado. Durante os quatro dias de evento, haverá o emprego operacional de 100% dos policiais militares do Estado. Os períodos de férias e folgas serão suspensos e, por isso, mais de 36 mil homens e mulheres estarão empenhados para garantir a segurança dos foliões e população em geral.

     

    O trabalho da Polícia Militar (PMMG) será intensificado nas cidades onde há previsão ou tradição de festividades com maior público, como Ouro Preto, Tiradentes, Diamantina e São João del-Rei, entre outros exemplos. Vale ressaltar que, nessas cidades, o efetivo da Polícia Civil (PCMG) também será ampliado.

     

    Já a capital, que possui a maior festa do estado, contará com o reforço de 500 policiais militares, vindos de cidades do interior. O planejamento estratégico prevê não só o reforço de policiamento nos municípios, mas nas rodovias e em áreas de balneários e parques.

     

    “Além das ações do Carnaval da Liberdade, a Polícia Militar também se prepara para o policiamento preventivo e eventualmente repressivo naquelas cidades que integram o planejamento do Carnaval da Tranquilidade. A partir do dia 30/1, já teremos iniciadas operações especiais voltadas especialmente para ações preventivas ao evento. Atuaremos para que este seja o Carnaval mais seguro da história de Minas Gerais”, explicou o comandante-geral da Polícia Militar do Estado de Minas Gerais, coronel Rodrigo Piassi. I mean, Yes, it was my choice to read through, nonetheless I actually believed you’d have something useful to say. All I hear is a bunch of complaining about something you can fix if you were not too busy seeking attention.
