    MINAS RECEBE 220 MIL UNIDADES DE MEDICAMENTOS PARA KIT INTUBAÇÃO

    O Governo de Minas recebeu no sábado (1), medicamentos do kit intubação para atender hospitais que se encontram em níveis considerados críticos da disponibilidade dos remédios.

    A aquisição da Secretaria de Estado de Saúde de Minas Gerais (SES-MG) conta com 220 mil ampolas de fentanil – fármaco essencial para a sedação dos pacientes. Ainda no final do dia, a expectativa é de que a SES-MG também receba, do Ministério da Saúde, outras 10 mil ampolas de atracúrio.

    Mesmo com o envio constante de medicamentos para os hospitais, o estoque de sedativos utilizados na intubação do paciente infectado com a covid-19 encontra-se em nível de alerta para o enfrentamento da pandemia.

    – Distribuição

    Nesta semana, os sedativos serão disponibilizados para as unidades hospitalares, quando também será divulgada a relação e quantitativos que cada estabelecimento irá receber.

    A SES-MG, juntamente com o Ministério Público de Minas Gerais (MPMG) e o Conselho de Secretarias Municipais de Saúde de Minas Gerais (Cosems-MG), faz levantamento periódico dos estoques dos prestadores e fornecedores de medicamentos e insumos das unidades hospitalares. Também é monitorado o abastecimento de medicamentos nas redes públicas e privadas de assistência médico-hospitalar, que devem informar regularmente à SES-MG sobre o quantitativo de estoques de medicamentos e insumos disponíveis.

    Assim que cada remessa chega ao estado, o resultado do monitoramento semanal é analisado, conforme explica a superintendente de Assistência Farmacêutica, Grazielle Dias. “A distribuição é feita a partir do resultado dessa análise, de quais hospitais estão em situação mais crítica e de acordo com a disponibilidade do estoque. A sugestão de distribuição é também avaliada e validada junto a uma comissão da SES-MG e do Conselho de Secretarias Municipais de Saúde de Minas Gerais (Cosems-MG)”, disse.

    O monitoramento é feito por meio de um formulário online preenchido por cada instituição hospitalar a respeito de seus estoques. O cadastro fica aberto de quinta à segunda-feira, período no qual os dados sobre medicamentos são computados.

    Com base nessas informações, o Estado tem um panorama dos estoques de medicamentos das instituições no momento em que cada estabelecimento de saúde repassa seus respectivos dados. Estes indicadores também são utilizados para dimensionar compras estaduais, visando retaguarda assistencial, sem prejuízo de atendimento a situações específicas.
