Minas Gerais encerrou agosto com 8.547 novas empresas abertas em todas as regiões do estado, alta de 4,37% em relação ao volume registrado em agosto de 2023, que foi de 8.189 constituições empresariais. A média para o mês foi de 276 novos negócios por dia.
No acumulado do ano, já são 65.923 novos empreendimentos abertos em Minas, um crescimento de 12,01% frente aos oito primeiros meses do ano passado (58.856).
Os dados fazem parte do relatório de registros mercantis divulgado, nesta quarta-feira (11/9), pela Junta Comercial de Minas Gerais (Jucemg), autarquia vinculada à Secretaria de Estado de Desenvolvimento Econômico (Sede-MG) e responsável pelo registro de movimentações de empresas no território mineiro.
Alta em todos os setores no ano
O destaque de agosto foi o setor de serviços, com expansão de 7,61% no número de novos empreendimentos em relação a agosto de 2023. No mês, indústria (-1,24%) e comércio (4,32%) recuaram.
Por outro lado, no acumulado do ano, os números apontam alta nos três setores econômicos, no comparativo com o mesmo período do ano passado: serviços (14,11%), indústria (9,53%) e comércio (6,16%).
Ranking municipal
Belo Horizonte segue como o município que mais abre empresas em Minas. Em agosto, a capital do estado recebeu 2.274 novos negócios, alta de 7,98% no comparativo ao oitavo mês de 2023.
No acumulado do ano, Belo Horizonte já formalizou 17.694 novos negócios, o que representa crescimento de 17,32% diante do mesmo período no ano anterior.
Na sequência, aparecem Uberlândia (490 em agosto 3.964 no ano), Contagem (293 e 2.185); Juiz de Fora (262 e 1.815); Montes Claros (199 e 1.452); Uberaba (160 e 1.331) e Betim (150 e 1027). O Top 10 completa com Ipatinga (122 e 915); Divinópolis (120 e 911) e Governador Valadares (127 e 894).
