Um homem de idade ainda não identificada morreu na noite de sábado (5), após sofrer um acidente na BR-494 em Nova Serrana. De acordo com o Corpo de Bombeiros, ele não portava documentos.
Ainda segundo os bombeiros, a guarnição foi acionada por volta de 19h20 para atender uma colisão entre dois veículos de passeio na BR 494 km 5 próximo a comunidade de Ripas.
No local, a equipe encontrou um veículo de passeio no centro da pista e outro veículo capotado em um barranco, cerca de 10 metros abaixo da pista.
No carro que estava na pista, havia um homem em óbito. Já no outro veículo, outros dois homens, de 28 e 22 anos, com contusões, cortes e escoriações leves.
O veículo capotado estava em local de difícil acesso e, portanto, a equipe de bombeiros precisou usar técnicas e equipamentos de salvamento em altura para remover as vítimas até a pista.
Os dois homens no veículo capotado foram atendidos no local pelo SAMU e conduzidos para o tratamento médico. O trânsito foi interditado durante o atendimento da ocorrência com apoio da Polícia Militar.
