O Ministério Público do Estado de Minas Gerais (MPMG) anunciou a abertura do processo seletivo para estagiários de graduação em Direito em Nova Serrana. Conforme o Edital nº 039/2026, a seleção visa preencher uma vaga imediata na 4ª Promotoria de Justiça, além da formação de cadastro de reserva.
Inscrições e Requisitos
Os interessados podem se inscrever exclusivamente pela internet, por meio de um formulário eletrônico oficial, entre os dias 15 de janeiro e 1º de fevereiro de 2026.
Para participar, o estudante deve estar matriculado a partir do 5º período do curso de Direito e possuir disponibilidade para cumprir uma jornada presencial de 6 horas diárias. O edital veda a participação de quem já cumpriu dois anos de estágio prévio no MPMG.
Benefícios
O selecionado receberá uma bolsa mensal no valor de R$ 1.250,00, acrescida de auxílio-transporte, seguro contra acidentes pessoais e recesso remunerado conforme normativa vigente.
Etapas da Seleção
O processo será dividido em quatro fases eliminatórias e classificatórias:
- Prova Escrita: Marcada para o dia 04/02/2026, às 14h, nas dependências da Faculdade FANS, em Nova Serrana.
- Entrevista: A ocorrer no dia 10/02/2026, às 14h, no Shopping Tropical.
- Avaliação Acadêmica e Curricular: O envio do histórico escolar e do currículo deve ser feito entre os dias 05 e 12 de fevereiro.
Cotas e Inclusão
Alinhado às políticas de inclusão, o certame reserva 10% das vagas para pessoas com deficiência (PCD) e 30% para candidatos negros, conforme os critérios estabelecidos no documento oficial.
