As tradicionais transferências e troca de funções dos padres na Diocese de Divinópolis estão em andamento. No sábado (4), a Paróquia São João Bosco (bairro Planalto e região) foi assumida pelos padres Hélio Cristino e Enildo Silva, ambos atuavam na Paróquia São Sebastião (Matriz).

No domingo (5), o padre Elisvaldo Camilo de Souza, que era administrador paroquial na Paróquia Nossa Senhora do Pilar, em Pitangui, foi empossado como novo administrador paroquial na Paróquia São Sebastião de Nova Serrana. O padre Flávio Nogueira Cunha, que atuava na Paróquia São João Bosco, assumiu como vigário paroquial.
