A Caixa Econômica Federal convida os usuários do aplicativo Caixa Tem a atualizar os dados cadastrais no aplicativo. Clientes nascidos em julho podem fazer o procedimento a partir de hoje (24).
A atualização é feita inteiramente pelo celular, bastando o usuário seguir as instruções do aplicativo, usado para movimentar as contas poupança digitais. Segundo a Caixa, o procedimento pretende trazer mais segurança para o recebimento de benefícios e prevenir fraudes.
Ao entrar no aplicativo, o usuário deve acessar a conversa “Atualize seu cadastro”. Em seguida, é necessário enviar uma foto (selfie) e os documentos pessoais (identidade, CPF e comprovante de endereço).
O calendário de atualização seguirá um cronograma escalonado, conforme o mês de nascimento dos clientes. O cronograma começou no último dia 14 para os nascidos em janeiro e encerrará em 31 de março, para os nascidos em dezembro.
