NOVA SERRANA ADERE A CONSÓRCIO PARA COMPRA DE VACINAS CONTRA O CORONAVÍRUS

Diversos municípios da região Centro-Oeste já aderiram ao consórcio de municípios lançado pela Federação Nacional de Prefeitos (FNP) para a compra de vacinas da Covid-19 até a última sexta-feira (5). Nova Serrana está na lista.
O objetivo da ação é de que as cidades possam comprar as vacinas caso o Plano Nacional de Imunização (PNI), coordenado pelo Ministério da Saúde, não seja capaz de suprir toda a demanda. Ainda deve ser elaborado um modelo de projeto de lei para ser enviado às câmaras municipais para que as cidades participem das compras. A ideia é de que a associação seja efetivamente instalada até 22 de março.
De acordo com o presidente da FNP, a primeira opção do consórcio é a utilização de recursos do governo federal para compra de vacinas, mas transferências de recursos por organismos internacionais, participação da iniciativa privada ou mesmo a compra via cota dos municípios serão discutidas. Nova Serrana, Pará de Minas, Itaúna, Formiga, Lagoa da Prata, Piumhi, Pompéu, Cláudio, Pitangui, Itapecerica, Martinho Campos, Igaratinga, Pains, Passa Tempo, Córrego Fundo, Conceição do Pará, Pedra do Indaiá e Onça de Pitangui.
