Nessa quinta-feira (29), a Prefeitura de Nova Serrana realiza a entrega de aproximadamente 150 escrituras do programa de Regularização Fundiária. O objetivo é legitimar propriedades que estão dentro da área urbana, mas encontravam-se desregulamentadas. Serão contemplados moradores dos bairros Maria José do Amaral, Morada do Sol e Frei Ambrósio.
O secretário de governo Marco Aurelio Lacerda falou sobre a importância desse projeto que auxilia na redução das desigualdades e promove o direito social a moradia.
“Desde 2019, Nova Serrana trabalha com a regularização fundiária. Muitas famílias estão consolidadas em suas residências, porém sem a documentação não tinham nem mesmo oportunidades de buscar financiamentos para melhorar suas casas. Agora, saem da irregularidade e incerteza da posse para um imóvel totalmente regularizado, trazendo inúmeros benefícios, oportunidades e principalmente dignidade”, disse.
A solenidade ocorrerá às 18h no Centro Administrativo.
