Subiu para 73 o número de mortes em decorrência da covid-19 em Nova Serrana. Até sexta-feira (5), o município somava 68 óbitos. Os dados constam no boletim epidemiológico dessa segunda-feira (8).
De acordo com a Prefeitura, Nova Serrana contabiliza 2.060 casos de covid-19 até o momento. Ou seja, 34 casos a mais do que sexta, quando eram 2.026.
Do total de infectados na cidade, dois estão internados, 95 em tratamento domiciliar, 1.890 pessoas se recuperaram e 73 vítimas da doença morreram.
Segundo o balanço, o Hospital São José de Nova Serrana está com 64% de ocupação dos leitos de CTI-COVID, uma vez que 11 dos 17 leitos estão ocupados. Já a enfermaria-covid está com seis dos seus 24 leitos ocupados (20%). O balanço não informa quantos pacientes são de outros municípios.
O boletim ainda aponta que das 250 pessoas com suspeita de covid-19, 14 estão internadas.
Outras 2.721 pessoas testaram negativo e 6.669 receberam alta após o período de monitoramento dos sintomas (mas não realizaram os exames).
