    NOVA SERRANA FICA EM 1º LUGAR NO RELATÓRIO DO ICMS ESPORTIVO DE MINAS GERAIS

    Pela primeira vez na história, Nova Serrana ficou em primeiro lugar no relatório do ICMS esportivo de Minas Gerais. Isso significa que o município promoveu, apoiou e incentivou diversas atividades esportivas na cidade e teve êxito na comprovação dos programas/projetos esportivos realizados em 2020. Dos 853 municípios mineiros, 302 comprovaram o pleno funcionamento do conselho, sendo Nova Serrana a primeira colocada na listagem.

    O ICMS Esportivo é um dos critérios estabelecidos pela Lei nº 18.030/2009 para distribuição da cota-parte do ICMS pertencente aos municípios. Por este critério, os municípios pontuam e recebem recursos de acordo com as atividades esportivas realizadas, desde que possuam Conselho Municipal de Esportes em pleno funcionamento.

    O mecanismo busca fomentar a realização de eventos e programas, bem como a organização da política esportiva em Minas Gerais.
