Um homem de 35 anos foi preso nesse domingo (7), em Nova Serrana, por dirigir alcoolizado. O veículo foi apreendido.
De acordo com a Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF), a equipe recebeu denúncias de que um motorista estava dirigindo de forma imprudente, realizando ultrapassagens proibidas e obrigando outros veículos a saírem para o acostamento.
Diante disso, às 17h50, no km 449 da BR-262, a PRF conseguiu abordar o condutor do guincho, alvo das denúncias. Durante a abordagem, constatou-se que o motorista exalava odor etílico e estava com os olhos avermelhados.
Devido a suspeita, ele realizou o teste de alcoolemia através do etilômetro, cujo resultado foi 0,61 mg/L (medição considerada), o que corresponde a 12,2 dg/L (12,2 decigramas de álcool por litro de sangue). Acima de 6 dg/L já considerado crime pelo Código de Trânsito Brasileiro. Diante dos fatos, o condutor recebeu voz de prisão e foi levado para a Delegacia de Polícia Civil para os procedimentos cabíveis. O veículo foi encaminhado para o pátio do Auto Socorro 262 e ficou à disposição da Autoridade Policial.
