O debate sobre a conservação do patrimônio imaterial mostra que os processos de produção cultural são tão importantes como o patrimônio material, pois este torna-se uma categoria social quase vazia quando é extirpada de seus valores culturais imateriais. Os aspectos imateriais da cultura são decisivos para a manutenção da identidade dos povos frente às rápidas mudanças impostas pelo mundo.
O debate faz parte da 8ª Jornada do Patrimônio Cultural de Minas Gerais que neste ano traz o tema “Caminhos do Patrimônio: contemporaneidade e novos horizontes”, em comemoração ao Dia do Patrimônio Cultural, aos 50 anos do Iepha-MG e aos 25 anos do ICMS Patrimônio Cultural. “Os municípios que tiverem sua adesão à Jornada homologada e que comprovarem a realização das ações conforme a Deliberação Normativa do CONEP terão direito à pontuação no programa ICMS Patrimônio Cultural”, conta a presidente do Conselho Municipal do Patrimônio Cultural, Aline Ferreira.
Nesta edição, a Jornada propõe ações educativas e de difusão do patrimônio cultural que promovam reflexões sobre a trajetória das políticas públicas do patrimônio cultural, novos patrimônios e novas tecnologias e lugares de memória.
Qualquer pessoa pode participar da roda de conversa. Basta comparecer às 18h30 na Casa de Cultura, situada à rua Mauro Mistura, 150, Centro – atrás do Sindinova.
