O município de Nova Serrana será contemplado pelo Governo Federal com investimentos para a maternidade do Hospital São José, incluindo obras e recursos para equipamentos. O anúncio aconteceu nesta quinta (8), durante visita do presidente Lula em Belo Horizonte.

 

O recurso que será liberado via PAC – Programa de Aceleramento do Crescimento, de acordo com proposta protocolada pela Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de Nova Serrana, no ano de 2023.

 

Com a verba, o setor de Maternidade do Hospital São José, será ampliado e ainda melhor equipado para realização dos partos no município, contando com uma melhor infraestrutura para atender a população.

 

A secretária de Saúde, Glaucia Sbampato ressalta: “nós recebemos com muita satisfação a notícia que Nova Serrana foi aprovada na proposta de seleção que encaminhamos junto ao Governo Federal. De todo o estado, apenas dois hospitais vão receber recursos para o setor de maternidade; e o de Nova Serrana é um deles. Então, isso é motivo de celebrar!
