NOVA SERRANA: TRÊS PESSOAS MORREM E OUTRAS TRÊS FICAM FERIDAS EM ACIDENTE NA BR-262

Um acidente envolvendo três veículos deixou três pessoas mortas e outras três feridas na noite dessa segunda-feira (1/11), no km 433 da BR-262 em Nova Serrana.

Segundo a Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF), uma carreta trafegava sentido Pará de Minas a Nova Serrana quando o condutor perdeu o controle de direção, atravessou o canteiro central da pista dupla, invadiu a pista sentido contrário e colidiu frontalmente com um veículo de passeio, o qual veio a capotar e sair da pista.

Após a batida, a carreta ficou atravessada na pista, interditando totalmente a via. Logo após, um caminhão que seguia no mesmo sentido do carro, não conseguiu parar e colidiu transversalmente na carreta.

O carro era ocupado por cinco pessoas e três morreram na hora: o motorista E.P.C – 36 anos e as passageiras P.T.C.L.D – 26 anos e E.C.L.M – 42 anos. As outras duas passageiras: D.L.P – 46 anos (lesões graves); e L.L.M  – 23 anos (lesões leves) foram levadas à Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA).

O condutor do caminhão, P.P.B  de 32 anos sofreu lesões leves e o condutor da carreta L.G.V (65 anos) não se feriu.

A perícia esteve no local e realizou os trabalhos de praxe. Os corpos das vítimas foram encaminhados ao IML. No local do acidente estiveram equipes de resgate do Corpo de Bombeiros e da Concessionária da rodovia.
