    NOVA SERRANA: VEJA AS MEDIDAS ADOTADAS PELA PREFEITURA PARA CONTER O CORONAVÍRUS

    No dia em que o setor do CTI-COVID do Hospital São José registrou, mais uma vez, 100% de ocupação dos leitos, a Prefeitura de Nova Serrana decidiu tomar medidas mais rígidas para conter o avanço da doença.

    As novas determinações foram publicadas nesta segunda-feira (15), no Diário Oficial e são válidas de 16 a 31 de março. Veja o que ficou determinado:

    • Comércio, indústrias e serviços:

    – Adoção de todas as medidas sanitárias recomendadas para garantir rigoroso distanciamento, evitando-se aglomerações, com demarcações de assentos e demais espaços internos.

    – Fornecer EPI’s e EPC’s adequados para cada tipo de atividade aos respectivos colaboradores.

    – Onde houver “fila” de pessoas, seja em área interna ou externa, mesmo que em calçadas, será de exclusiva responsabilidade dos respectivos estabelecimentos o dever de controle e preservação da necessária organização e distanciamento mínimo de 3 metros, à razão de uma pessoa por cada 10 m², mediante marcações no solo e disponibilização de pessoal devidamente treinado para acompanhar e orientar a todos, enquanto perdurarem as filas;

    – Disponibilizar álcool a 70% em todos os locais de atendimento ao público

    – Restringir a entrada ou permanência de pessoa que não esteja fazendo uso de máscara de proteção facial.

    – Adoção do trabalho domiciliar – home office – onde houver compatibilidade.

    • Comércio em geral somente poderão funcionar de 8h às 18h.
    • Bares, tabacarias e distribuidoras de bebidas

    Ficam suspensas atividades presenciais abertas ao público em bares, distribuidores de bebidas, tabacarias e congêneres.

    • Supermercados e congêneres:

    -1 pessoa a cada 10m², respeitando a distância de 3 metros de uma para outra dentro do estabelecimento;

    – Controle do acesso de clientes acima do limite permitido;

    – Entrada apenas individual de cliente, ficando proibido grupo de pessoas, ainda que da mesma família;

    – Proibida a venda de qualquer tipo de bebida alcoólica “gelada”.

    • Restaurantes, lanchonetes, padarias e congêneres poderão funcionar das 5h às 20h, fora deste horário apenas sob regime de delivery, não sendo permitido retirada na porta;
    • Lojas de conveniência poderão funcionar abertas ao público somente das 05 às 20 horas.

    – Proibida a permanência de clientes em lojas de conveniência para consumo de alimentos e/ou bebidas no local

    – Fica proibida a entrega de produtos a cliente em vias públicas.

    • Feiras livres

    – Somente aos sábados de 6h às 12h no Centro de Convenções (apenas hortifrutigranjeiros, carnes, peixes e laticínios)

    – Entrada individual na área da feira, proibindo-se grupos de pessoas, ainda que da mesma família;

    – Atendimento individual por banca, (fila com distanciamento de 3 metros)

    – Proibido o consumo de alimentos no local;

    – Proibido o comércio de produtos industrializados, vestuário, brinquedos e eletrônicos.

    • Festas e eventos

    – Proibidos eventos, festas, comemorações e inaugurações presenciais, públicos ou privados

    – Proibida a locação de imóveis e espaços privados, incluindo sítios e salões, para a realização de eventos particulares,

    – Proibido à utilização de praças e outros espaços públicos para prática de atividades físicas

    – É obrigatório o uso de máscara de proteção facial por pedestres em vias públicas ou estabelecimentos públicos ou privados.

    Estabelecimentos não citados no Decreto, devem seguir os protocolos do Minas Consciente para a Onda Vermelha (mg.gov.br/minasconsciente)

    O descumprimento das determinações acarretará em sanções penais como:

    II – Cassação do alvará de funcionamento;

    III – Interdição do estabelecimento;

    IV – Multa de 50 a 5.000 UFPNS.

    A fiscalização do cumprimento das regras sanitárias será realizada pela Vigilância Sanitária do Município, Guarda Municipal e os fiscais da Secretaria Municipal de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Turismo, em conjunto com a Polícia Militar e o Corpo de Bombeiros.
