O contribuinte que precisar de atendimento presencial em unidades da Receita Federal podem agendar o serviço por um novo aplicativo. Desenvolvido em parceria com o Serviço Federal de Processamento de Dados (Serpro), o aplicativo Agendamento RFB pode ser baixado gratuitamente na App Store, da Apple, e no Google Play, para celulares com o sistema Android.
Até agora, a marcação de atendimentos presenciais só podia ser feita pelo computador, por meio do Sistema Nacional de Apoio ao Gerenciamento do Atendimento, mas não havia ferramenta disponível para celulares.
O contribuinte poderá escolher o serviço, o dia, o horário e a unidade da Receita em que deseja ser atendido, conforme o número de vagas disponíveis. O aplicativo, no entanto, traz novidades em relação ao agendamento pelo computador. Por meio da geolocalização do celular, a ferramenta sugere a unidade mais próxima da Receita e exibe um mapa que permite traçar rotas.
O aplicativo permite ainda a busca por município, CEP ou outros parâmetros de localização definidos pelo usuário. Após marcar o atendimento, o contribuinte pode sincronizar o horário com a agenda do celular e compartilhar o compromisso com outras mídias.
– Atendimento presencial
Atualmente, quase a totalidade dos serviços da Receita podem ser realizados de maneira remota, por meio do site do órgão ou pelo Centro Virtual de Atendimento (e-CAC) . No entanto, existem seis procedimentos que só podem ser realizados presencialmente.
Os serviços exclusivos das agências físicas da Receita são os seguintes: atos cadastrais de pessoas físicas, inclusive orientações sobre a situação cadastral; emissão de cópia de documentos relativos à Declaração do Imposto de Renda da Pessoa Física (DIRPF) e de rendimentos retidos na fonte; recepção de documentos, requerimentos, defesas e recursos que não podem ser protocolados pela internet; parcelamentos não disponíveis no site da Receita; emissão de documentos de arrecadação não disponíveis na internet; e consulta de débitos e pendências fiscais de pessoa física e do microempreendedor individual (MEI).
