Na manhã desta sexta-feira (2), a Policia Civil de Minas Gerais (PCMG) cumpriu mandado de prisão temporária contra um homem, de 39 anos, suspeito de estupro de vulnerável em Nova Serrana. A vítima, de 14 anos, era abusada desde os 6 anos pelo padrasto.
Após tomar conhecimento do caso, no último dia 30 de maio, a PCMG instaurou um inquérito policial para apurar os fatos narrados pela adolescente abusada, que compareceu à delegacia acompanhada da mãe. Segundo relato da vítima, a violência iniciou quando o padrasto passou a morar no mesmo imóvel em que ela residia, há cerca de oito anos.
A adolescente contou que o primeiro abuso ocorreu depois de dois meses de coabitação com o suspeito. Desde então, era violentada reiteradamente, sempre que a mãe da menina se ausentava de casa para o trabalho. Ainda conforme a vítima, após a consumação dos estupros, o homem a ameaçava de morte, caso confidenciasse a alguém a prática dos delitos. Cansada da situação, a adolescente decidiu relatar os fatos à mãe, que procurou a delegacia.
Por meio da realização de exames periciais, foi constatada a prática dos abusos relatados. Como desdobramento da investigação, a autoridade policial encaminhou representação ao Poder Judiciário requerendo a prisão temporária do suspeito. Em posse do mandado, uma equipe da Delegacia Especializada de Atendimento à Mulher (Deam) deu início aos trabalhos e efetuou hoje a prisão do homem.
O suspeito foi encaminhado ao sistema prisional e está à disposição da Justiça. O inquérito policial segue em tramitação. (Comunicação PCMG)
