No final da tarde desta sexta (17), pelo Twitter, a Polícia Civil de Minas Gerais, através da Delegacia da Mulher de Nova Serrana, anunciou que prendeu um homem, de 41 anos, suspeito de estupro de vulnerável contra as próprias filhas, de 13 e 14 anos. O investigado se apresentou na delegacia.

Áudios de uma mãe desesperada e de um homem acusado por abuso contra as próprias filhas, circularam nas redes sociais em Nova Serrana. Diante da comoção social do caso, as polícias Militar e Civil fizeram diligências durante a semana na intenção de localizar o suspeito, mas sem êxito.
Segundo a mãe, ao perceber mudanças no comportamento da filha, de 14 anos, ela questionou a filha, e ela revelou ser abusada com frequência pelo pai, desde os 7 anos. A outra, de 13 anos, também confirmou os abusos. O homem, que já possui registros policiais por estupro de vulnerável, por abusar sexualmente de uma sobrinha em 2019, foi encaminhado ao sistema prisional, onde permanece à disposição da Justiça.
As investigações, conduzidas pela equipe da Delegacia Especializada de Atendimento à Mulher (DEAM), em Nova Serrana, prosseguem.
