PEC EMERGENCIAL: CÂMARA APROVA TEXTO BASE EM SEGUNDO TURNO

A Câmara dos Deputados aprovou nesta quinta-feira (11), em segundo turno, por 366 votos a favor, 127 contra e três abstenções, o texto base da Proposta de Emenda à Constituição (PEC) 186/19, a PEC Emergencial. Agora os parlamentares analisam destaques que podem retirar trechos da proposta.
A PEC cria mecanismos de contenção fiscal, controle de despesas com pessoal e redução de incentivos tributários, além de liberar R$ 44 bilhões, fora do teto de gastos, para o pagamento do auxílio emergencial às pessoas afetadas pela pandemia da covid-19. No entanto, a proposta não detalha os valores, duração ou condições para o novo auxílio emergencial. Todas essas definições deverão constar de outro texto.
O primeiro turno da proposta foi aprovado na madrugada desta quinta-feira, após sucessivas tentativas da oposição em obstruir as votações e adiar a apreciação da proposta.
