    PERÍODO DE ESCOLHA DE VAGAS PARA PROCESSOS ON-LINE DA EDUCAÇÃO COMEÇA NESTA SEGUNDA-FEIRA

    A Secretaria de Estado de Educação de Minas Gerais (SEE/MG) abre, nesta segunda-feira (22), a partir das 15h, o prazo para a escolha de vagas referentes às inscrições efetuadas para contratação temporária do Quadro Administrativo e de convocação para o Quadro do Magistério. Devido à pandemia da covid-19, neste ano os processos serão realizados no formato on-line.
    Os candidatos terão até quinta-feira (25), às 17h, para participar deste processo pelo endereço eletrônico www.see.processoseletivo2021.educacao.mg.gov.br, conforme termos definidos nas Resoluções SEE nº 4.474/2021 e SEE nº 4.475/2021.
    Na sexta-feira (19), a SEE/MG divulgou uma instrução complementar, que traz o cronograma e orientações dos processos. O documento também foi encaminhado a todas as Superintendências Regionais de Ensino e escolas estaduais (Clique aqui para acessar a instrução complementar).
    Os critérios e os procedimentos para os processos de contratação temporária e a convocação estão definidos na Resolução SEE Nº 4.498, e também constam na edição de 18/2, página 24, do Diário Oficial de Minas Gerais.
    – Convocação
    Participam da convocação on-line os candidatos inscritos para as seguintes funções: Professor de Educação Básica (PEB) Regente de Aulas, Regente de Turma, Eventual e Professor para o Ensino do Uso da Biblioteca / Mediador de Leitura, Especialista em Educação Básica (EEB) e Inspetor Escolar (ANE-IE). Para a contração temporária participaram os candidatos inscritos para: Analista de Educação Básica (AEB), Assistente Técnico de Educação Básica (ATB) e Auxiliar de serviço de Educação Básica (ASB).
    A contratação temporária e a convocação on-line serão processadas em rodadas de distribuição de vagas. Na primeira etapa serão disponibilizadas para preenchimento as vagas de acordo com o Comporta da Escola (total de servidores de que a unidade necessita). O resultado da primeira etapa será divulgado no dia 3 de março (quarta-feira), a partir das 13h.
    – Outras fases
    Nas demais etapas de atribuição serão consideradas as vagas disponibilizadas nas chamadas anteriores e não preenchidas, em decorrência da não comprovação das informações prestadas pelo candidato selecionado ou de seu não comparecimento em tempo hábil. Ao servidor contratado ou convocado na rodada inicial do processo on-line e dispensado da função, por conta de provimento da vaga (nomeação e movimentação de pessoal), será assegurada nova participação na rodada subsequente.
    – Escolha das vagas
    No site www.see.processoseletivo2021.educacao.mg.gov.br, o interessante deverá inserir o CPF como “Login” e a senha cadastrada no ato da inscrição.
    Ao iniciar o processo de escolha de vagas, o candidato deverá indicar a ordem de preferência quanto aos municípios e/ou funções para os quais se inscreveu. O candidato realizará as escolhas de vagas assinalando e considerando o turno, ordenando-as de acordo com sua preferência. Será possível selecionar de uma até a totalidade das unidades de ensino do município.
    O resultado dos processos on-line de contratação temporária e convocação também será disponibilizado no endereço eletrônico www.see.processoseletivo2021.educacao.mg.gov.br. O candidato selecionado receberá no e-mail cadastrado no ato da sua inscrição a informação da unidade de exercício em que deverá se apresentar, munido da documentação comprobatória.
    – Entrega dos documentos
    A direção da unidade de ensino irá elaborar cronograma onde constará o horário de comparecimento do candidato selecionado na rodada inicial, para que a escolha de vaga seja realizada de acordo com a ordem de classificação e com o disposto na Instrução Complementar.
    Durante o processo de formalização de contratação temporária e de convocação, a direção da escola deverá observar as orientações de restrição à aglomeração de pessoas, de manutenção de distanciamento mínimo, de adoção de mecanismos de profilaxia, assepsia, sanitários e de informação em relação à covid-19.
    – Cronograma
    Além das datas já informadas, o cronograma ainda prevê, para os dias 5, 8 e 9 de março, a apresentação do candidato na primeira rodada da contratação temporária e da convocação on-line, na unidade de exercício, com documentação completa para assinatura do QI e do Contrato Temporário e/ou Termo de Convocação, quando for o caso.
    O resultado da segunda rodada de atribuições de vagas da contratação temporária e da convocação on-line será divulgado no dia 13 de março e a apresentação do candidato na unidade de ensino deverá acontecer no dia 15 do mesmo mês.
    As listagens com a classificação definitiva dos candidatos inscritos para participar do processo de convocação poderão ser consultadas no endereço convocacao.educacao.mg.gov.br/ e, para os candidatos a contratação temporária, em contratacao.educacao.mg.gov.br/.
