O 60º Batalhão de Polícia Militar lançou, nessa quinta-feira (31), a Operação Vigilante do Cercado em Nova Serrana. A ação foi desencadeada por militares da 68ª Companhia Tático Móvel com apoio da equipes do Grupo Especializado de Recobrimento (GER) da 7ª Região de Polícia Militar.
O objetivo é aumentar a vigilância pelas ruas do município, garantindo um aumento na sensação de segurança, através da visibilidade, com atuação direcionada nos locais de maior incidência criminal, e intensificação de abordagens a pessoas e veículos em atitude suspeita.
“Essa é uma estratégia com foco iminente na prevenção e repressão qualificada, principalmente em relação à prevenção de homicídios e de crimes violentos, que será realizada constantemente pelas equipes de recobrimento”, disse a PM em nota enviada à imprensa.
