Uma caminhonete tomada de assalto foi recuperada nessa quarta-feira (4) em Nova Serrana. O autor do delito segue foragido.

A Polícia Militar disse que foi acionada a comparecer no bairro Fausto Pinto da Fonseca, onde a vítima de 27 anos relatou que foi surpreendida por um indivíduo armado, o qual anunciou o assalto, roubou o veículo Toyota/Hylux e fugiu sentido bairro Amazonas.

Os militares receberam informações do local onde possivelmente a caminhonete estava e realizaram o cerco e acompanhamento do veículo. O autor perdeu o controle de direção, bateu em uma cerca e saiu da estrada.

Após a colisão, o infrator fugiu para uma mata adjacente e não foi mais visto. Já o veículo foi recuperado e encaminhado ao pátio credenciado.
