A Polícia Civil (PC) cumpriu, na última sexta-feira (15), mandado de prisão contra o segundo suspeito de participação em um homicídio, ocorrido em 2018, na cidade de Araújos. O primeiro suspeito foi preso no último dia 5, durante abordagem de policiais militares, e contra ele também já havia medida judicial representada pela PC.
Conforme apontou o serviço de inteligência, o homem, de 25 anos, estava escondido em uma fazenda, na zona rural de Araújos. Quando o suspeito percebeu a presença dos policiais civis no local, tentou fuga por uma área de mata, sendo alcançado pela equipe. Com ele foi encontrada uma porção de maconha.
De acordo com o delegado responsável, Davidson Marcos dos Santos Lara, o caso se refere a mais um homicídio solucionado, em que todos os envolvidos foram presos. “Esta será sempre a resposta da Polícia Civil àqueles que violarem a lei, especialmente em se tratando de crimes contra a vida”, ressalta.
O suspeito foi levado até a Delegacia de Polícia Civil em Nova Serrana e posteriormente encaminhado a unidade do sistema prisional, onde se encontra à disposição da Justiça.
